André’s professional journey began with a distinguished tenure at Microsoft, where he held executive leadership positions in Technical Support Engineering and later in Consulting and Field Engineering. Over two decades, he built and led high-performing teams and organizations across the EMEA region, steering complex, large-scale technical and business transformations.

Following his corporate career, André transitioned into Executive Search, where he served as a partner advising board members and C-level executives on leadership strategy and organizational growth. His consulting focus centered on identifying and placing transformative talent, high-impact individuals capable of driving business evolution in a digital-first world.

With the founding of Belleville Management Consulting in 2019, an international advisory firm (originally under the name Executive Sense), he acts today as a global career agent, executive search, reverse headhunter, executive and management coach, mentor, and speaker. His client base spans industries such as Software, IT, Telecom, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Life Sciences, Pharma, and MedTech.
