VERENA KRAUS

Verena has been a successful change manager for around 15 years. She has also been working as a freelance coach for professionals and the self-employed for 5 years. She specializes in the implementation of strategic transformations and organizational/process development. Her mission is not only to successfully implement the change itself, but also to take people with her, motivate them, inspire them for the change and create security with efficiently structured training.

 

In addition to her degree in industrial engineering, Verena also completed an MBA with a focus on process and change management. She then repeatedly applied her theoretical knowledge in a wide variety of projects and supplemented it with many years of practical experience. However, she also wants to do justice to the people in the project and has acquired various coaching certifications for this purpose and then brought this knowledge into the projects. Today, she has many years of experience in the successful implementation of change in companies of all sizes and in various industries such as mechanical engineering, plant construction, retail, food, etc.

 

For Verena, change is more than just a project - it is a passion. It is particularly important to her that change is approached holistically. In other words, not only is the change itself considered, but people are also involved in the accompanying communication and prepared for everyday practice after the go-live in well-structured training sessions. This makes every transformation even more successful for a company and saves a lot of costs due to fluctuation or an intensive hypercare phase after the changeover.
