Marcella has been a successful management consultant for over 20 years. After working for seven years in a consulting boutique in Lucerne, she founded her own company, Change Consultants GmbH. She specializes in supporting strategic transformations in and of organizations. Her mission is to support the responsible management in leading, designing and steering the change process so that the changes achieve their goals.
Marcella studied economics at the University of Basel. She worked for ten years in international logistics and industrial companies, where she set up and led management development. When she entered consulting, she expanded her skills profile with various training courses in organizational development, change management and coaching. Today, she has many years of experience in accompanying change in organizations of various industries and sizes.
In 2020, she founded her start-up "Change Eye". Together with a team of experienced consultants and with the support of the national innovation agency Innosuisse, she developed and launched a data-based change monitoring system. It enables management to navigate the organization safely through transformations.
